TERMS OF SERVICE

- PAYMENT -

• Half payment, once the client has paid, I will start sketching your commission.
• Full payment to proceed with rendering

- REVISIONS -

• Major revisions, such as composition change (1 use) are only applicable in the sketching stage, while minor revisions (2 uses), such as eye rendering, are applicable at any point.
• Each revision will be given an update after completion.

- DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• Within 4-8 weeks.
• I'll send one update each for the sketching, coloring, and rendering stages.
• Once approved, the finished work will be sent via google drive in high quality png / 300 dpi (or here on Vgen).

- USE -

• Commissioned artworks are for PERSONAL USE by default.
• Additional charge for COMMERCIAL USE (if applicable).

- REFUND -

• Full refund for commissions that are only at the sketching stage.
• No refunds for commissions that are already paid.

- COMMUNICATION -

• We can communicate through Discord, Twitter, Instagram, or in VGen.
• I will be sending commission updates until the final output on your preferred communication method.

- OTHER -

• As the artist, I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork.
• I can respectfully decline the commission for any reason.
